About the Inkspotwifi Booster
The Inkspotwifi Booster is designed to combat the WiFi proliferation issue, Which may halt or hinder a wifi connection within a caravan or Lodge, This issue is caused by the accommodation insulation and frequently Owners have reported being able to see the network but not connect to the internet. This usually means that the signal is present within the accommodation but the device is not able to pass back through the insulation.
The Inkspotwifi Booster combats this issue by acting as a middle man between your devices and the local access point, Due to its design, it is able to pass through the insulation far better than most modern day devices, such as a laptop, mobile or tablet device.
The booster is set up at the Inkspotwifi Office as a plug in and play device, this means there is no additional setup required all you need to do if provide the power and connect your devices to the booster which will be named depending on the site you are staying at for example: "_Inkspotwifi Home".
The booster is £79.00 GBP this includes postage and packaging and Is a one off cost, We invoice you through PayPal and once we receive confirmation of payment, we will begin setting up your booster.
We try to send out the boosters as quickly as possible but we do recommend that you allow 3 - 5 working days for the delivery to be made.
Repairs, Replacements & Refunds
Should you booster experience any technical or connection problems,
Inkspotwifi Limited reserves the right to perform the following actions in the order deemed necessary by Inkspotwifi Limited or its representatives:
Remotely Repair the Booster.
Re-Issue the booster (With Exception to faults caused by deliberate, accidental or Water damage). Replacement Booster units for Faults deemed caused by deliberate, accidental or water damage are chargeable at the sole discretion of Inkspotwifi Limited.
Inkspotwifi Limited reserves the right to remotely access and perform diagnostics of ALL Inkspotwifi Limited boosters.
Boosters will not be refunded after 60 days.
Delivery of you booster is based on the Royal mail 1st class service and is subject to delays out-with Inkspotwifi Limited control.
Hints & Tips:
1: The Location of your booster is very important, Using the signal indicators on the rear of the device, Place your booster when it can easily pick up the main Inkspotwifi Network. The More Green Bars the better.
2: Your Device POE (Power over ethernet) unit is what allows your device to power up, Sometimes your booster may need to be moved so we want to make sure putting your device back together is easy! Simply plug the ethernet into the main device and plug the other end into “Power + Data” and Bingo your booster device is ready!
3: Turning your booster off can prolong its life span: Your booster can quite often be left online for long periods of time and this is never healthy, It can always help to turn your booster off when you are not using it and should you ever have difficulty connection a quick power down can solve most issues.
4: Network issues can be a pain! We understand that being without internet can be frustrating, So we are here to help! If you encounter any issues connecting, our support team are ready to help.
